About Us
We believe every family deserves to feel more settled about their records.
Trustmeadow grew from a simple observation: most families know they should have their important documents in order, but few know where to begin. We are here to help with that — quietly, without pressure, and always within our scope.
Back to HomeOur Story
From a quiet conversation to a practical service
Trustmeadow was founded in Kuching, Sarawak, after its founders noticed that many families — across different backgrounds and life stages — were carrying the same quiet worry: what happens to our family's records and affairs when it matters most, and does anyone know where everything is?
The founders had personal experience of this. After supporting family members through difficult transitions, they saw first-hand how much easier things became when important information was clearly organised and accessible — and how much harder when it was not. There was no crisis, no legal complexity, just scattered paperwork and unanswered questions at a time when families needed clarity.
That observation became Trustmeadow. A service focused entirely on helping families gather, sort, and understand their own records — without crossing into legal advice, financial planning, or any territory that rightly belongs to qualified professionals. We are educators and organisers. That is our lane, and we stay in it.
Since opening our doors in Kuching, we have worked with families across Sarawak and across the peninsula. Some come at the beginning of their planning journey. Others arrive with a will already in place but records that are still scattered. Some simply want to understand the landscape a little better before speaking with a solicitor. All are welcome.
Our Mission
To make the process of understanding and organising personal and family records feel manageable, clear, and calm — for every family that comes through our door.
Our Values
- Clarity: Plain language in everything we write and say.
- Honesty: We are clear about what we do and what we do not do.
- Respect: Every family's situation is handled with discretion and care.
- Patience: There is no pressure here. We follow your pace.
Trustmeadow does not provide legal advice, legal representation, financial planning, or any service requiring a professional licence. We are educators and records organisers.

How We Work
The standards we hold ourselves to
We are committed to operating in a way that is honest, respectful, and clearly within the bounds of what we are here to do.
Scope Clarity
We are explicit in every session about what we are doing and what we are not. Clients always know they are receiving educational information, not professional advice of any kind.
Information Privacy
Any personal details shared with us during sessions are handled with care and used only to help you with our service. We do not share family information with third parties.
Educational Integrity
All information we share reflects general knowledge about how estate matters are commonly handled in Malaysia. We do not interpret it for your personal situation — that is a professional's role.
Referral Practice
When a family needs formal guidance — from a solicitor, a registered financial planner, or the relevant government body — we say so clearly and provide the appropriate pointers.
Quality of Materials
The checklists, glossaries, and binders we prepare are reviewed regularly to ensure they reflect current general information about commonly used processes and government bodies in Malaysia.
Ongoing Communication
Families in our programmes have a dedicated point of contact throughout. If something is unclear, or if new questions arise, we are accessible and responsive throughout the engagement.
Our Approach
Grounded in education, built around families
Estate organisation is a topic most people know they should think about but often find difficult to approach. The language can feel unfamiliar, the processes opaque, and the emotional weight considerable. Trustmeadow works to lower each of those barriers — one clear explanation and one well-labelled folder at a time.
Our work sits at the intersection of adult education and practical records management. We draw on established models of how adults learn best: concrete examples, usable outputs, and the opportunity to ask questions without feeling foolish. Every session is designed to leave you with something tangible — a document, a checklist, a better-organised file — as well as a clearer mental picture of the landscape.
We have worked with families from many different backgrounds across Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia. Whether a family's affairs are simple or more involved, whether they have already taken some steps or are entirely at the beginning, we meet them where they are. The goal is always the same: to leave feeling more settled, more organised, and better prepared for a conversation with the relevant professionals when the time comes.
Trustmeadow does not sell products, does not hold assets on behalf of families, and does not provide legal, financial, or tax services. We are educators and organisers, and we believe that doing that one thing well — with honesty and care — is valuable in itself.
