Our Services
Three services, three ways to feel more settled about your family's records.
Whether you want a simple orientation, a practical sorting session, or a full structured programme, there is a service sized to where you are right now.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How we approach this work
Every service we offer follows the same underlying principle: begin with what families already have, help them understand the landscape in plain language, and leave them better organised and more prepared for any formal steps ahead.
We structure our sessions to move at a natural pace — no pressure to cover everything in one sitting, and no expectation that families arrive knowing anything particular. Many of our clients tell us they had been putting this off for years because they did not know where to begin. That is exactly where we meet them.
Our materials — folders, checklists, glossaries, binders — are designed to be used well after the sessions end. They are built for families, not for professionals: clear headings, simple language, logical categories.

General information only
Nothing we share constitutes legal or financial advice. We always encourage families to consult qualified professionals for formal decisions.
No hidden add-ons
Pricing is fixed and published. Each service is complete in itself — there is nothing to upsell you on afterwards.
Flexible scheduling
In-person sessions in Kuching or online for families elsewhere in Malaysia. We work around your availability, not a fixed timetable.
Service 01
Meadow Orientation Session
A gentle, plain-language session outlining how families generally organise their affairs and records, and which official bodies and professionals handle which matters in Malaysia. Entirely educational and orientation-focused. Includes a written glossary and a curated list of relevant government and professional resources.
What is included
- Two-hour session (in-person or online)
- Plain-language overview of how estate matters are generally handled in Malaysia
- Written glossary of common terms and their general meaning

- Q&A time for general, factual questions
How it works
- 01Brief intake conversation to understand what you are hoping to learn
- 02Structured two-hour educational session covering the landscape
- 03Written materials sent to you after the session
Service 02
Records Organisation Service
A practical, hands-on service helping you gather, sort, and label your own important documents into one clear, structured personal file. The focus is entirely on organisation and easy retrieval — no interpretation, no advice. Includes a purpose-built folder system, detailed checklists, and a summary index, with pointers to the appropriate professionals for any formal next steps.
What is included
- Pre-session checklist sent in advance to guide document gathering
- Two to three working sessions to sort, label, and categorise documents
- Structured folder system with clear section dividers and labels
- Summary index so family members can locate anything quickly
- Written list of recommended professionals for formal steps (by category, not specific individuals)
How it works
- 01Intake form and preparatory checklist sent to you ahead of time
- 02Working sessions to gather and sort — at your pace
- 03Final session to complete the index and review the completed file
Service 03
Family Legacy Journey Programme
A structured multi-week programme that combines the educational orientation and the hands-on records organisation into one cohesive journey, with the added layer of preparing clear, well-formed questions for the appropriate professionals. The programme concludes with a personal archive binder and continued follow-up support for factual, non-advisory queries.

- Full educational orientation (Meadow Orientation content)
- Complete records organisation (Records Organisation Service content)
- Personal archive binder — purpose-built for easy family reference
- Prepared list of questions for solicitors, financial planners, and relevant government bodies
